Carl Betzler

Carl is an excellent communicator with the ability to translate clearly business requirements needed to successfully execute any project. Currently, he is a Senior Product Manager at Amazon, building machine learning models, processes, and products to detect and resolve customer complaints. Prior to this, he was a Senior Product Manager MBA Intern at Amazon Labs. Before that, Carl was a Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in post-merger integration in the technology industry. He designed technology and process adoption strategies to ensure ROI after acquisitions. Carl was also a Consultant at Hitachi Consulting. Some of his past products include Amazon Key in-car delivery, transportation fleet management software, an online sales portal for a hydrogen fuel cell car, an AR delivery navigation app, cloud-based enterprise intranet.
