Eric Ruth

Eric has more than 10 years of experience with Product Management, working for companies as Google, Facebook and he is currently holding the position of Product Lead at Airbnb. As a Product Lead at Airbnb, Eric is responsible for projects as Search, Infrastructure, Open Homes. Previously, he worked to Facebook, where he held the position of Product Manager and UX Research and delivered amazing results leading projects including the Timeline, Mobile Data, Graph Search. Eric started his career with an internship at Google and during his time as a Product Manager Intern, he could develop new ad formats for the company. After that, he jumped for his second internship opportunity on Facebook, holding the same position he worked on Deals and Pages. Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematical and Computational Science from Stanford and also a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction from the same school. In parallel to his studies, Eric also worked as a Coordinator at Stanford, where he was responsible to organize and manage the program, hiring and training new section leaders. He was also a Teaching Assistant, where he taught and graded students in Introduction to Computers.
