Kimberly is a visionary and strategic product management professional using her broad technology and operations background to develop and manage products and initiatives that take brands to the next level. For the last four years, she has been working as a Vice President at The Walt Disney Company. She began working on Kids Product, Games, and Interactive for The Disney Channels WorldWide, playing a major role in the DisneyNOW app development. She then expanded her role to also include ABC, Freeform, FX, FoxPlay (Latin America), NatGeo, Oscars.com, American Idol, and Dancing with the Stars. She oversees product, games, and interactive strategy development to drive user engagement for a variety of Disney Television branded apps.

Before Disney, she spent five years working on Product at Viacom. She started off as the Director of Product Management for the TV Everywhere Initiative. She worked to streamline and standardize communications and processes with MVPD partners, reducing integration and testing time. She also led a team to launch the entertainment industry's first authenticated preview of full episode content for MTV and VH1, increasing both users and streams. Her hard work led her to move up to Senior Director of Engagement Products and later Vice President of Product Management, where she evolved the User Engagement team into a User Platform Studio in an effort to refocus the team mission to the brand's core needs.

She also worked on Product at Turner Broadcasting for more than eight years. During her time as a Senior Product Manager, she worked on projects for CNN Mobile Strategy, the CNN iPhone app, NASCAR.com TrackPass, and portfolios for Cartoon Network and NBA Mobile. In addition, she has spent time as a Freelance Fashion, Entertainment, and Lifestyle writer for the Knockturnal and The Examiner.

Kimberly has a vast educational background. She studied Management Information Systems at Oklahoma State University. She later attended The George Washington School of Business, where she earned a Business Analyst Profession Certification and a Master's in IT Project Management. She also spent time in the d.school program at Standford University. Kimberly is also a Certified Scrum Master.

Kimberly is well-respected by those working alongside her. Her thorough understanding of her products allows her to turn preliminary business ideas into tangible product deliverables. By communicating clearly, asking the right questions, and actively listening to her team's feedback she establishes trust with her team which leads to more successful products and a pristine work environment. She truly helps those around her become the best version of themselves.
