Seema Jethani

Seema is a Technical Product Leader with expertise in building highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and distributed systems products. Currently, she is a Product Lead for LinkedIn Search. Previously she was a Product Lead for eBay's Search Platform, Search Query Understanding, and Visual Search.  While at eBay, Seema led a team of Product Managers to bring the next generation search capabilities to eBay's Search Engine serving 175 million users. Additionally, she launched new services to augment runtime query processing with deep learning models. And scaled the search platform globally and efficiently with users and listed growth while maintaining reliability and 5 9s availability. Thus receiving a spot award for improving query grid latency by 20% resulting in ~31M in Capex savings. Seema has a passion for product management that goes beyond simply tracking requirements and release deliverables.
