Stephanie Musat

Stephanie is a seasoned Senior Product Manager at CNN who began her professional career as a Writer for various magazines. She is passionate about product ideation in the media space and finds the changing landscape of how users consume content a worthwhile and tireless adventure. Prior to her current role, she held the position as a Senior Product Manager at Refinery29, owning the content creation lifecycle with internal tools that focus on eliminating managerial overhead through technological advancement and automation. During her lucrative career, Stephanie was able to contribute to various Product managerial positions within the sectors of Broadcast Media, Publishing and Online Media. She first broke into Product at Bauer Media Group - USA, one of the most successful media companies in the world, the publisher of the top 2 selling magazines at retail. Prior to Refinery29, she worked in Product at Complex Networks and Bauer Xcel Media. And before that, she was a writer with bylines on Marie Claire Magazine, Women's Health Magazine and Woman's World Magazine, to name a few. Stephanie graduated from Syracuse University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Kean University. She is a proud New Yorker and an inspirational speaker who continues to develop her skills in Journalism and Product.
