Trushna Khivasara

Thushna is a Product Manager focused on learning and growth, she is currently holding the position of Sr. Product Manager Technical at Amazon. Prior to Amazon, Trushna worked at Housing.com as a Team Lead, where she led Strategy, Analytics, and Products for Retention, at different points in time. Under her leadership, cross-functional teams successfully managed to analyze product funnels, develop and test hypotheses about drop-offs and A/B test to reduce signup drop-offs from 55% to 8%. Prior to her Product Management experience, Trushna worked as a Consultant at A.T. Kearney, where she developed successful projects. She led the Global Network Optimization, coordinating across global teams to consolidate data and identify savings opportunities of $100mn+ to be realized over a year. She also worked in Improving Service Efficiency, Product Positioning and Market Entry Strategy to different industries in Asia and Europe. Trushna holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay and an MBA from the Wharton School.
