She started off her professional career as a Teacher Assistant at the University of Colorado, working for the course Organizational
Behaviour and in the Engineer Department. She has spent 5 years at Intel Corporation, progressively attaining various roles; firstly, as a Network Test Engineer, then Product Manager, Network Specialist and eventually a Technical Project Manager. Today, she is a Technical Program Manager for Search Infrastructure at Google, where she defines, designs, and builds a cross-organizational execution team of engineers to develop Search as a Service (SaaS) ClientChargeback product. Under her leadership, the product teams across Google view their current capacity approvals and projected growth, thus scaling their distributed systems. On top of being extremely proficient in technical services operations, her analysis and focus are always consistent throughout her work. She has a keen sense of the current operational best practices and business efficiencies that deliver results.Aakanksha graduated from the University of Mumbai with a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and earned a Master’s degree in Telecommunication from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
