Allen is a data-driven Product Manager with a strong analytical background. After 2 years, he went on to work in Product Management at ZappoTV, working in an agile development environment with frequently changing requirements and features, learned the functional specifications of the mobile application, worked closely with developers to improve the quality of existing products, and actively participated in every phase of the entire product life cycle starting from requirement gathering product planning till final testing and releasing of the new app to the app store. Allen’s educational background includes a Master in Business Administration and Management from Rotterdam School of Management, a Java SE Programmer certification from Oracle, and a Professional Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org.
