Allison is a committed professional working as a Product Manager at Wealthsimple, with a strong background in finance. Before breaking into Product she gathered experience working with Digital banking, Acquisition and Credit Cards. At the beginning of her professional life, Alisson worked as an Account Manager in a Marketing Agency, which provided her with a good knowledge of customer acquisition and retention. She was able to use that experience and knowledge of online marketing and social media to achieve transformative success in different finance institutes, such as American Express and CIBC. When she joined CIBC she gradually attained higher positions, starting as Manager Acquisition and Credit Card until her last position as Director of Digital Strategy, leading the strategy for the mobile app and online banking platform. She was also responsible for identifying net new capabilities with the largest impact on sales revenue and client experience and then securing funding to build these capabilities. As Product Manager at Wealthsimple, she is responsible to build a personal, low-cost portfolio to their customers and bring smarter financial services to them.
