He is a general problem solver who has over a decade of experience leading digital product teams across Zappos, Capital One, and AOL (eCommerce, personal finance, media, and advertising) and has shipped several
award-winning, highly-rated mobile app and web experiences for millions of happy customers. Currently, Andrew is Head of Product of Personalization & Mobile at Zappos, leading cross channel Personalization and Mobile efforts with engineering, UX, Data Science, Marketing, Customer Loyalty to WOW customers with an easy and personal shopping experience. Prior to his current role, Andrew was a Digital Product Manager at Capital One, where he lead customer and user experience efforts for the 5 star, award-winning, Capital One iOS app, helped lead Data Analytics implementation for mobile with emphasis on user behavior and the initial A/B Testing framework and process, and contributed to marketing efforts (acquisition and engagement) across email, direct mail, website, and in-app. Andrew first gained experience as Senior Software Engineer at AOL, creating, enhancing, and prototyping high-profile Android, Google TV, Windows 8, and Windows Phone apps. He then transitioned into being a Principal Product Manager, leading AOL.com mobile experiences across iOS, Android, Windows, and the internet. Andrew has a Bachelor and Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from George Mason University.
