Angel is a passionate Product Manager who has extensive experience working with designers, architects, developers, and QA engineers to design and release innovative technologies for the education market. Today, he is driving the company’s efforts at Oracle, ensuring that both revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Angel began his professional
career at MIT - Sloan School of Management as an Associate Director of Admissions, where he has spent over 18 years being responsible for managing the recruiting unit by providing staff with coaching and support. His professional endeavors have been recognized as he is a recipient of two MIT Excellence and Appreciation Awards acknowledging his extraordinary efforts toward fulfilling the goals, values, and mission of the Institute. Shortly after, Angel first broke into Product at Matchbox, an admissions software company and later on he contributed to many Product managerial across the higher ed industry. During his lucrative career, he gained strong expertise in higher education, however, he is also highly competent in leadership development. Angel holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tufts University and earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and Leadership. He is an inspiring speaker who is always eager to connect with other professionals and enjoys sharing his path on breaking into Product.
