Bruno Munoz

For the past year, Bruno Munoz has been working as a Senior Product Manager at Amazon. Before this, he was Head of Product at the optimized technology platform, Lana. He has also worked at Eventbrite where he developed the roadmap for Music Reporting, managed distributed teams in four different locations, and guided Eventbrite to help more creators sell more tickets. Prior to that, he was the CEO at Runator where he ensured the company’s right execution, and managed the operations, defined the vision, mission, and product strategy plan.

Bruno’s background combines in-depth startup experience with large-scale enterprise software installations which he gained with global systems integrators. Before Runator, he was heading Product at SmartGift where he managed the Product roadmap, enterprise integration as well as Product development teams. His mission was to deliver excellent client results and powerful new gifting features, also as a Tech Lead and Scrum Master at LinkingSport, a New York-based sports social network he was responsible for developing LinkingSport’s software architecture and led the complete redesign of its user experience.

Prior to his startup career, Bruno held various engineering positions with global systems integrators Indra, Axway, and RDA Enterprises, where he built integration software focused on different industry verticals and using a range of technologies. Bruno holds a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from Universidad Autonoma de Madrid and an MS in Project Management from Boston University.
