Bryan Shao is a Lead Product Manager who has spent his career helping both large organizations and startups create the best products and product teams to realize sustainable value beyond initial MVPs. He managed products and coached innovation at leading technology and digital brands across fin-tech, healthcare, eCommerce, digital marketing,
social innovation, and AI use cases.He started off his career as a Software Developer at JPMorgan & Chase Co., a leading global financial services firm. His entrepreneurial mindset eventually led him to found his own startup, Circlelab, under which Bryan advises startups in product strategy, innovation, leadership, and culture development to generate sustainable product value for customers. Prior to that, he has worked in fin-tech and IT & services, where he held various managerial roles in Product and Software Development.Today, Bryan is a Lead Product Manager at Reonomy, Computer Software provider, at their location in New York. His responsibilities include leading the company’s efforts to help leverage the power of data and technology to transform the world’s largest asset class - commercial real estate. Moreover, Bryan is a Product mentor who inspires young entrepreneurs to recognize business opportunities and plan for successful futures.Bryan earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Business and Management, both from the University of Strathclyde.
