Carolin is a San Francisco-based Senior Product Manager at HelloSign, a Dropbox company, that automates most important business transactions providing eSignature, digital workflow and electronic fax solutions. She loves solving and simplifying technical problems as well as detecting and eliminating progress blockers in order to build the best products in a
fast-paced environment. Her unique combination of IT expertise and a sincere desire to deliver exceptional customer service put her in a league of her own. Her career in Product began at Allianz Technology, where she for almost 4 years progressively attained different roles as Project and Product Manager, IoT Researcher and eventually Transformation Manager. Her work has taken her across the globe from Munich, Germany, to Guildford, UK to eventually settle down in San Francisco, US.Shortly after this role, Carolin became a Lead Program Manager at Udacity for Student Services including Mentorship, Community, Forums and Project Reviews. During this time, she defined and launched Udacity’s unique and outstanding social learning platform, on the web and mobile, which enables students to be connected as a community, attend events and collaborate with one another and mentors on various projects.She has graduated from Ulm University with a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Computer Science.
