the nut on some of their most complex user challenges. The best part of her work is focusing on the upper funnel of product, dissecting challenges to define the strategy and roadmap that lay the foundation of products' future potential. Carrie is currently leading strategy at ueno, a digital creative agency based in San Francisco (she's hiring!). Prior to this, she's led projects and teams at agencies and consultancies, like Huge and Booz Digital. She has an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BA from Loyola University Chicago.
