Chad is a Product Manager with experience in engineering and working in leadership positions. Currently, he’s a Senior Director of Platforms at Pendo.io. Prior to his current role, Chad was a Director of Platform Architecture from Box, where he served as a senior-level technical resource for Product Management and engineering
teams for the purpose of vetting design proposals and early-stage prototypes for future Box Platform functionality. Additionally, he acted as a proxy Software Architect representing the technical needs and considerations of Box technology partners as they implement integrations to Box, and worked with technology partners to develop integration points that unlock new potential application architectures and drive customer engagement and adoption. Chad started out his career as a Senior Architect working at Epicentric, acquired by OpenText. He was responsible for technical sales for accounts in the Northeast United States and Eastern Canada and gained extensive, hands-on knowledge of a variety of Java and Microsoft application servers, web servers, LDAP products, databases, and operating systems. After nearly 3 years, he went on to become a Senior Software Architect at Peoplefluent, a key member of the architecture team responsible for the complete rewrite and redesign of a core Peopleclick application - the candidate career portal.
