Director of Training and Customer Education, Heap
Christy is passionate about Customer Education and Enablement. She has worn many hats throughout her career and as a result of this, Christy has a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and navigate complex challenges. Currently, she is the Director of Training and Customer Education at Heap where she is running the
customer education team and is responsible for building the program from the ground up including hiring, technology procurement, strategy development, and execution. Prior to this, Christy was a Partner Education and Training Manager at WalkMe, responsible for the creation, delivery, and evangelization of training material through varying mediums designed to reach a wide range of customers. In addition, she was a Operations and Training Manager at Microsoft where she led operations and a team to deliver world-class customer service, increase brand awareness, and showcase exciting Microsoft products. Christy is a communicator by nature and has a deep understanding and ability to communicate with diverse groups of people. Moreover, she is an innate problem solver and has the drive to succeed which has given Christy the ability to find a solution to any task that has been put in front of her.
