Crystal Yin

Crystal is a seasoned Product leader bringing over 12 years of experience in managing cross-functional teams and running her own companies as well as delivering in larger enterprises such as LinkedIn, Evernote, Walmart along with Zenefits. She enjoys leading teams to drive scalable growth and concrete revenue impact.

Today, Crystal is driving the company’s efforts in Product Management at Lyft, the fastest growing rideshare company in the U.S. Her entrepreneurial mindset led her already at the beginning of her professional career to co-found and become a CEO of Career GPS. Before breaking into Product, she held positions in Consultancy and International Strategy and has been a Global Entrepreneurial Teaching Assistant at Stanford University. She takes a multidisciplinary approach that encompasses the fields of Engineering and Management, giving her a perfect blend of skills for her career in Product. 

Crystal graduated from Stanford University with a Masters degree in Management Science & Engineering and prior to this, she earned a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Applied Sciences from the National University of Singapore. She is a true tech-enthusiast who outside of her day job routine is also an avid dancer. Her multi-industry work experience makes her an incredibly powerful and inspiring world-class speaker.
