Dan is a relentlessly enthusiastic product leader who loves to share his incredible talents as a speaker and coach to future product leaders.

He has more than a decade of experience driving growth across global organizations. He is currently lending his skills at Pendo as a Director of Product Management. He is also the Founder and Director of Dalton Labs, where he offers product management and strategy consultancy for startup and scale-up SaaS companies. He previously worked at SaleCycle as the Head of Product and UX. In this role, he was a key member of the leadership team that engaged in successful rounds of fundraising. He was also responsible for the recruitment, management, and mentoring of the PM and UX teams. He did this and more while maintaining a culture of customer and market obsession to properly represent the voice of the customer. He also worked for the company as a Senior Product Manager, where he played a key role in the launch of their GDPR Compliance product. Dan has also worked as a Consultant for Capita, a Product Manager for Turnitin, and a Senior Product Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. He successfully completed a Bachelor's of Science Equivalent through the Hewlett Packard Advanced Apprenticeship Scheme. Dan is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner. Dan's get things done attitude and drive make him a pinnacle member of every one of his teams. He has played pivotal roles in pushing and leading his various companies to success. He goes above and beyond to not only keep the team and company on track but to also change the way people around him think so that they can grow to be better product managers. His willingness to share his own knowledge is just as strong as his desire to learn from others.
