Daniel Urban

Daniel is a multi-faceted Product Manager with over 3 years of experience delivering on financial and product development KPIs in IT and emerging, cloud-connected technologies. He is passionate about learning new technologies and thinking holistically about product development and market launches. Continually seeking opportunities to produce innovative/disruptive technologies, Daniel strives to launch them into the marketplace. Today, Daniel holds the position of Global Product Manager at Siemens.

Daniel earned his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and currently, he is studying towards an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder. He is decisive, customer-centric, action-oriented, and self-motivated engineer with high problem-solving capability peered with strong internal and external communication skills. Daniel has a proven ability to develop creative solutions, establish strategic alliances, manage multiple cross-functional teams/projects, and identify profit generating and cost reduction opportunities. Creativity and innovation are the key drivers that push Daniel towards achieving his goals while thriving in diverse and fast-paced teams.Daniel is also an outdoor enthusiast; when he is not working he enjoys soccer, snowboarding, and cooking. His favorite books include What Customers Want along with Thinking Fast and Slow, and additionally, he is truly passionate about Manchester United.
