He is currently a Founder at Voyagent and at Full Cycle Product Development. Eric has a deep understanding of various technologies and programming languages and he is committed to the tech industry. He helps companies get through their growing pains by achieving maturity in their leadership, product strategy, and agile development process. Eric found Voyagent, where he provides fractional CTO and product development consulting to software technology companies of all sizes. He also found Full Cycle Product Development, which is an end-to-end product development education and coaching firm that helps startup founders take their idea through every step of the product development life cycle. Prior to that, Eric worked as Product Manager at Sony Online Entertainment, where he managed product requirements, specification, and execution for all server-side components of the Playstation Network Platform, including application controllers, content management, payments, security, infrastructure, and networks.
