Erwin first gained experience as a Recruiter working at Microsoft University Recruiting, where he worked mostly with MBA candidates recruiting for product, finance, sales, and operation roles while developing direct relationships with top MBA schools. Prior to that, he was a Product Manager and Marketing Manager for Microsoft Learning. Among his work, he help start up his organization's social media and community strategy and was part of a team that won a Marketing Innovation Award across Microsoft. Erwin graduated from Brown University with a degree in Computer Engineering and worked at a software consultancy for three years as a software developer, before attending Duke University, Fuqua School of Business to obtain his MBA.
