Guy is a Head of Product at Spaceship, an Australian financial services company whose mission is to provide simple, modern, and affordable investment products. He brings over 8 years of broad experience to his position, specializing in Customer Service and Customer Relations. Guy began his professional career as a Litigation
Support at Crown Law Office in New Zealand. Prior to this, he has spent 2 years at Uber as an Operations Associate and Courier Operations for UberEATS Launch. Today, at Spaceship, Guy leads the company’s efforts to help build a future where everyone is actively engaged in building their own strong and secure financial future. His main responsibilities as a Head of Product include the development and execution of the product roadmap and FY18-20 strategic plan. Previously, as an AP Customer Success, with the help of a team, he developed and scaled the customer success function and as a Product Manager, he was responsible for the development and launch of the Spaceship Voyager mobile application. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and a Bachelor of Law, both from Victoria University of Wellington. An avid public speaker, Guy enjoys sharing his path to breaking into Product and the lessons he learned along the way.
