Harini is a self-starter with a strong history of experience leading within tech start-ups and scale-ups.
She combines her strategic thought leadership with impeccable on-ground execution to create top-notch products. She is currently working on Product Management at Amazon.
She has also worked as an Associate Director for Myntra. There, she worked on projects for different departments including Events, Sales, Customer Retention, and Own Media Marketing. She has also worked for TinyOwl as General Manager, hiring and training her 30 member team across business development, marketing, support, and administration. Before that she was a Senior Manager at Flipkart, focusing on Large Applications, Books, and eBooks. She has also been a Category Manager at Amazon and Product (Brand) Manager for Johnson & Johnson.
Harini earned her Master's degree from INSEAD. During part of her studies, she interned for Grab, working on consumer lending and financial services. She was also the Vice President of the Technology, Media, and Telecom Club. She also holds a PGDM in marketing from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research as well as a Bachelor's from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore where she was in the top 10 percentile of her graduating class.
What makes Harini a great Product Leader, according to her colleague, is her perfect combination of analytical and people skills. She brings an entrepreneurial approach to new projects, that with her positive energy and result orientation helps her come up with new, fresh ideas that drive incredible products.
