Jahnavi Kurapati

Jahnavi Kurapati is a Product Manager with experience spanning Telecommunications, Infrastructure, Healthcare as well as Consulting. Currently, she is a Product Manager at Motorola Solutions, managing Device Authentication and Security products that serve millions of public safety officers across the globe. At Motorola, Jahnavi is involved in both strategy and execution of the product roadmaps. She leads cross-functional teams, focused on scheduling and launching the right features and product updates in alignment with the business objectives.

Jahnavi’s expertise is in identifying challenges or roadblocks and executing innovative solutions. She lives by Joel Spolsky’s quote that every day spent not improving our products is a wasted day. Immediately after joining Motorola, Jahnavi has proactively initiated portfolio optimization and price restructuring programs to improve the ROI as well as deliver better value to the key stakeholders.

Prior to joining Motorola Solutions, Jahnavi worked in the MarComm department at UI Health and provided Marketing consulting services to over 25 internal clients. During her tenure, Jahnavi developed custom Marketing plans and campaigns for clients after understanding their business goals and challenges. In addition to a Master of Business Administration specializing in Marketing and Management, she also has a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
