Jean-Pierre Pequito

Jean-Pierre is a hard-working and creative entrepreneur, who is always willing to learn and improve his own skills. He is not afraid to make pivots and uses the lean methodology to first experiment and test, before building, which greatly improves the speed and chance of success of his company. Currently, Jean-Pierre is Senior Product Manager at Intercom, building the app ecosystem (App Store, APIs, developer platform, and UI frameworks) and redesigned the Inbox. Prior to his current role, he was a Head of Product at Cupenya, an enterprise-ready solution to improve incident resolution with predictive analytics. Early in Jean-Pierre’s career, he was CEO and Cofounder of Amiquo, a video platform for gamers to share replays of their best moments, and Shing Design, a website LLC company initially outsourcing with suppliers in India, later fully in-house. He then went on to become a Product Manager of both Dashboards and Solutions teams at ServiceNow, a service management platform that enables enterprises to automate their service workflows in the cloud.
