As the Founder of Gothelf.co, Jeff works to train companies of all sizes in Lean at scale. Jeff is also a Co-Founder of Sense and Respond Press, a business book publishing company that focuses on short, actionable, business books for those aspiring to change the world of business.
In addition to his career as an inspirational author and mentor, over the years Jeff has held various User Experience roles. He spent three years as Director of User Experience at TheLadders.com. Before that, he was a User Experience Manager at Webtrends and a Principal UI Designer at AOL.
For his Bachelor's degree, Jeff studied Mass Communications at James Madison University. Later on, he continued his education at Bentley College, earning his Master's in Human Factors in Information Design.
