Justyna Walkowska

Justyna is a seasoned Product Manager, currently working as the Director of Product at Cybersource, a Visa company. Her focus there is on merchant and acquirer processing. Before that, she held two product positions at Fandom; Lead Product Manager and Technical Product Manager. Her responsibilities were all connected to the company's central product - the Community Platform. She managed up to three teams at a time for the company. She also spent almost four years working for Samsung R&D Institute as Team Lead where she managed a team on products and engineering in the Smart TV department. During her time she introduced Scrum resulting in a mini Agile revolution. Those who get the opportunity to work with Justyna have nothing but positive things to say about her as a manager, collaborator, and person. She is highly organized and knows how to bring her team together to make decisions and solve problems. She also has an impressive educational background with a Master of Business Administration and a Ph.D. in Computer Science.
