Katherine is a Senior Product Manager at Chegg. She’s worked within the Writing Tools business unit on their citations experiences (easybib.com, citationmachine.net. bibme.org, and citethisforme.com), helping students automatically generate citations for their research papers. Prior to Chegg, Katherine was a Senior Product Manager at BounceX for their Triggered Email product
offering. Her focus was primarily on collaborating with engineering on product improvements and shipping new product features for customers across our entire client base. She also headed up our Integrations roadmap, understanding how best to integrate other technologies and platforms with BounceX, and actually, started with BounceX as a Client Strategy Manager, where she worked with several clients to develop, implement, and optimize behavioral conversion strategies. Prior to BounceX, Katherine was a Senior Analyst in Accenture Interactive. She primarily worked in user experience, web optimization, and analytics across various industries for Fortune 500 and state agency clients. Prior to Accenture, Katherine interned in Digital Platforms at American Express OPEN where she developed a digital marketing strategy for APIs for developers and also developed a prepaid annuity debit card pilot during my time at AXA. In addition to her professional experience, Katherine earned a BS in Marketing and Economics and a Minor in Spanish (Beta Gamma Sigma and Magna Cum Laude) from the NYU Stern School of Business, and also served as The President of The Marketing Society and the Conference Co-Chair for the Undergraduate Stern Women in Business (USWIB) club.
