Kerry has professional experience in research, strategy, and program design and she has deliberately crisscrossed geographic, methodological, and industry boundaries in search of impact. Currently, Kerry is working with Waymo's User Experience team, undertaking research on how people interact with cutting edge self-driving technology. In her work as a social innovation consultant, Kerry collaborated with Alight (formerly the American Refugee Committee) on a series of projects to unleash the potential of their frontline staff in East Africa. While there, she was the lead author of "Implementing Innovation: A User's Manual for Open Government Programs", based on an in-depth study of a public sector innovation program within Mexico's federal government. She also led an evaluation of an open data intervention in Indonesia and facilitated strategy co-creation workshops for the Civil Society Innovation Initiative. Kerry is a graduate of Boston College and holds a Master of Public Affairs from Princeton University’s School of Public and International Affairs.
