Kumara Raghavendra

Kumara has spent more than eight years in product working in a range of industries including eCommerce, healthcare, travel, and ride-hailing. His forte is data science and machine learning products especially when it comes to search, ranking, and recommendations. His latest role was working at Amazon as a Senior Product Manager in their Luxembourg offices.

Before that, he spent almost two years at Careem in Dubai as both a Senior and Lead Product Manager. He also has experience as a Data Science Product Manager for Booking.com in the Netherlands. This was his first international role and he worked on successful projects that helped reach more customers in emerging markets such as Mexico, India, and Indonesia. He also has experience working for Flipkart and Practo as a Product Manager.

Kumara attended the National Institute of Technology Karnataka where he earned a Bachelor of Technology. Then, he went on to IIM Calcutta for his Post Graduate Degree in Management. He also spent time at Bocconi University during a Student Exchange program during his studies. His experience working in a variety of countries, companies, and industries speaks to his ability to build incredible products and lead a thriving team.
