Lauren is a seasoned Product Manager who is passionate about Healthcare and brings over 7 years of professional experience to her position. She currently leads the company’s efforts at Nava PBC, building software that helps the government serve people. For over the past two years at Nava, she has been building
tools to improve how the Department of Veterans Affairs processes appeals. After holding multiple leadership positions, she first broke into Product as a Product Analyst at The Advisory Board Company, helping health care executives work better. Throughout her academic endeavors, her efforts and persistent academic excellence have been recognized as she was awarded multiple scholarship programs. On top of her impressive achievements, Lauren is also an active volunteer. For the past 10 years she has been a Blood Donor for American Red Cross and for the past 7 years she has been a Leader for Poverty Alleviation program. Moreover, she co-organizes Healthcare Experience Design | DC, a Meetup group that celebrates design and health care. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Affairs and a minor in Bioethics. Outside of her day job routine, she loves live music, ice cream, and the golden hour. Lauren is an inspirational speaker who continues to develop her professional and personal skills in Data Analysis and Community Outreach.
