Lily Rapaport

Lilach has worked as a Senior Product Manager at Amazon Delivery Technology, where she helped the company build software solutions that serve Amazon's customers around the world. She is truly passionate about harnessing technology and data to improve business and lives.

After serving her military duty as Head of Operations Room at the Isreal Defense Force for two years, Lilach earned her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University. For the next two years, she assisted in economic and statistical research at the Hebrew University for published articles covering topics of Ethnic Discrimination along with Conflict and the Persistence of Ethnic Bias. Eventually, her work has taken her from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv, to work with KPMG Israel in Transaction Services & Financial Advisory. During her role as a Mergers & Acquisitions Assistant, she has led and worked on M&A consulting projects for companies in various sectors such as technology, medical devices, biotechnology, and energy.

She earned her MBA from the University of Chicago, concentrating on Entrepreneurship, General Management, and Strategic Management. Today, Lilach as PM supports Amazon’s Delivery Technology at their location in Seattle, US, focusing on driving innovation, applying state-of-the-art technologies to solve big, global challenges while delivering value to customers every day. Prior to that, as a Senior Vendor Manager at Amazon Fashion, she helped promote the company's efforts to reinvent and improve the e-commerce experience, making Amazon the top online shopping destination for fashion customers.
