Today, Manjeet is a Group Product Manager at ServiceNow, where he focuses on leading innovation throughout the Service Management portfolio in the domains ofService optimization and Employee experience. During his extensive professional work, he has hired, managed and lead large-scale cross-functional teams across the globe, helping companies such as Phoenix Technologies and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. He is also an expert in creating product strategy, short-term and long-term value driven roadmaps, and writing technical epics and stories. Manjeet has also been awarded many certifications; he is a certified ScrumMaster, Cisco Network Associate and IA Product Manager, to name a few. Manjeet is a strategic thinker and deeply passionate about learning customer problems with full empathy and providing elegant solutions. An avid speaker, he also enjoys speaking at conferences and seminars on the topics of Cloud, Enterprise apps, AI/ML, Product Management along with Health and Wellness related topics.
