Manoj Agarwal

Manoj is a strategic, transformative and disciplined Leader with a strong execution focus. His professional career spanned over 30 years, during which he gained broad experience in the IT Industry as well as expertise in Senior Leadership. For the past 11 years, Manoj has been delivering technology (front office, digital and RPO) change programs at Hays. He has contributed to multiple roles as an IT Director, Programme Director, Transformation Director and currently as Director of Digital Services. His main responsibilities included managing the global systems across all 32 countries and creating a Digital and Innovation capability. The transformation over the years included rolling out Agile and DevOps culture and practices and the use of Open Technologies for innovative business solutions with a multi-location based team. Manoj attended executive leadership programmes at Hult International Business School and IMD, Switzerland, and prior to this, he has earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Sciences from the University of Allahabad. His main career objective is to use his proven digital technology and transformation leadership ability to add value to disruptive and forward-thinking organizations.
