She is also the Founder of STEM'ED SF, a group focused on building a community for like-minded entrepreneurs.

Previously, she worked at Funding Circle US, first as a Senior Technical Program Manager and later as a Product Manager. She also developed and launched their Global Transaction NReconciliation automated tool that reduced operational time and spending by 90%.

Mariya attended Thompsons Rivers University for both her Associate's and Bachelor's Degree. She studied Business and Commerce and Computer Software Engineer respectively. She is also versatile and great at tackling even the most complex of problems. She does this by taking the necessary time to get a truly deep understanding of all technical details and goes on to clearly communicate the needs of her stakeholders to the rest of the team. It is clear to see that Mariya gives her best to all her projects, making her a true asset and delight to work with.
