Mobile & Web Product Manager, ROKO Labs
Currently, Mark Sweeney is a Web & Mobile Product Manager at ROKO Labs, helping companies to transform their ideas into scalable technology. Before breaking into Product, he had different experiences as Operations Manager, deploying his skills for different startups. As Product Manager at ROKO, he works with clients to plan
product strategy, create innovative designs, develop technology solutions, and maintain operations. At the beginning of his career, Mark worked as Operations Manager for Gwynnie Bee and Success Academy Charter Schools. During that time he was able to gather great knowledge about the industry and overall management experience. During his time at Gwynnie Bee, one of his successful projects was the design and rollover from an existing warehouse to a new facility without negatively impacting customer experience. This resulted in a 15 % increase in the shipping capacity of the company. At New York Shipping Exchange Mark took on his first Product Manager position. There he used his outstanding ability to help the company to acquire it's first 0-50 customers and also led the sales & marketing automation development. Mark is always using his ability to the full as he perfectly fits in fast-paced and rapidly growing environments. This is why he was able to help achieve transformative success in the companies he worked for, always coming up with more efficient processes and new ideas. He has a passion to challenge and improve the existing processes and products.
