Product Lead, Drift
An entrepreneur at heart, Matt is a people-focused Product creator. During his lucrative career that spanned over 7 years, he has worn various hats in Product, always bringing a strategic approach to sharpen the user experience. Upon graduation, Matt found himself in a leadership role at Influencers@, leading business operations from
development to hiring while crafting the new product strategy. He quickly realized that learning by doing is the best way to grow and started attaining other Product managerial positions across Marketing and Advertising. For the past 4 years, he has been progressively attaining higher Product roles at Drift, ultimately serving as a Product Lead responsible for Growth. Today, he is leading the company’s efforts across multiple products towards creating the fastest conversational marketing platform. Passionate about growth, marketing, and design, he takes a multidisciplinary approach to his current Product position. However, thanks to his versatile skill set he has also worn many hats outside the Product Management throughout his extensive career, managing customer relations, filming, producing, writing and hiring. He holds an undergraduate degree in Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University. An avid speaker, Matt constantly engages in various conferences, networking events and any other opportunities where he can add value, inspire others and learn.
