Over the past decade, Megha has helped create and grow high-value businesses by focussing on what matters the most - people. She has successfully launched global products in consumer and enterprise domains by nurturing teams that deeply empathize with the customer and is a proven cross-functional leader who fosters lasting
relationships with critical partners in technology, marketing, operations, policy and many more. Currently, she’s Head of Product at Uber, she’s stood up Uber’s Hailable (Taxis, 3 and 2 wheeler) business from the ground up, a strategic company priority. It has grown to 3 new business lines in 18 countries with half a billion in revenue contribution. As the first employee on Hailables, she has worn many hats across Strategy, Execution and Organizational Management. Prior to her current role, Megha was Senior Manager of Product Management at Hulu, UX Personalization and VR lead. Though, she began her career Management working at Microsoft, first as a Program Manager, then after 4 years, Senior Program Manager. Megha has a Masters in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Most notably, Megha helps to build a positive culture at work by being an interview bar raiser, mentor and a Woman in Product Leader. She enjoys mentoring outside of work and speaks on various topics at the intersectionality of tech and diversity.
