Over the past 15 years, Michael’s enjoyed solving problems for people and organizations through technology, worked on projects that have ranged from internal systems for a small, specialist audience to building products used by millions on a daily basis. He has a strong track record of leading both large and
small multi-disciplinary teams (co-located, remote and offshore) towards delivering strategic objectives. Michael has also worked on solutions with large technology partners such as Google, Microsoft, and IBM. He’s excited by opportunities to innovate and utilize emerging technologies, having worked on projects involving voice, augmented reality, machine learning and chatbots. Michael takes pleasure from helping people to develop, including aiding non-technical individuals transition into technology roles and supporting staff in career progression. Currently, he’s an Executive Product Manager at BBC, though, he worked as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Senior Product Manager before his current role. Prior to joining BBC, Michael was a Relationship Manager at PwC. He is a Certified Agile Scrum Master, has a BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis, and ITIL Certified.
