Neha Bansal is an experienced Product Manager, currently working at Google. Her extensive career path ranged from managing the end-to-end campus recruitment process inviting 50+ companies on campus, leading consulting engagements for global financial services firms to currently leading the Google Analytics Intelligence team. She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Columbia Business School. Her passion and drive for shaping people’s careers began already during her studies at Columbia, during which she provided career guidance to her friends and peers through resume reviews, interview pitches, and mock interviews.

Neha was a key contributor to many projects that ranged from Revenue Growth, Expense Reduction, and Channel Optimization to Process Digitalization, while working across the USA, UK, Canada, South Africa, China, and India. One of her main career achievements, out of many, includes identifying a revenue opportunity for the Wealth Management Business of a top Canadian bank, by building data-driven strategies for better client retention and improving account funding rate and profitable cross-channel movement of clients.

Additionally, Neha has extensive experience in volunteer work; as an Education Coach and Mentor at iMentor she empowered students from low-income communities through continued one-to-one mentorship, and as a Member of the Board of Directors at Childhood Leukaemia and Lymphoma Foundation, she helps underprivileged children affected by cancer to improve the quality of their lives and their families. She is also a Founder of GuideTheGrad, a career coaching consultancy that offers career guidance to ambitious individuals. Neha is a frequent speaker at Product School where she shares her passion for career management as well as interview preparation.
