Noa Condrea

Noa has a deep passion for data-driven problem-solving. She is an effective high energy communicator with the ability to communicate technical issues in layman terms to bridge the gap between business personnel and technologists. Currently, she is a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Heap. Prior to this, Noa was a Strategic Customer Success Manager at AppsFlyer where she was the owner of strategic clients across multiple geographical regions and responsible for implementing and configuring the AppsFlyer tools and APIs. She has experience leading technical conversations during the sales cycle, guiding engineers during the implementation phase, maintaining client integrations with various partner technologies, and delivering feedback internally to push product innovation. In addition, Noa was an EMEA Team Leader of Customer Support at Sparta Systems and a Technical Support Engineer at Amdocs. She is detailed and results-oriented with creative problem-solving skills.
