Olivia MacDougal

Olivia is a Product Leader who has a knack for finding creative solutions for any problem that comes her way. She is currently working in technical product management at Pendo. Before that, she worked at VMware Carbon Black in multiple product roles such as PM, Technical PM, Product Owner, and Associate Product Owner. During her time there she had many accomplishments including a 706% YoY increase for queries ran and the successful launch of a variety of features and programs. She also has experience as a Project Manager at Tufts JumboCode, where she led a team of six engineers and two designers in the redesign and launch of the home page for the organization. Olivia earned her Bachelor of Science from Tufts University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. With her quick-thinking mind and impressive work ethic, Olivia is a key to the success of any team she is a part of.
