Pepper Chiavacci

Pepper is a Product Executive with a strong background in establishing and growing digital products globally. She is currently the VP of Global Product at Discovery. She was promoted to her current role after spending almost two years as the Head of Product for the MotorTrend Direct to Consumer team.

She has also worked as a VP of Digital Products at TEN: The Enthusiast Network, as a Senior Product Manager at Acer, and as a Senior Manager at Accenture. She earned her BS in Business Administration and Marketing from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

One of her colleagues considered to be one of, if not the best, Product Manager he had ever worked with. Her attention to detail and willingness to collaborate with the entire team has led her to spearhead extremely successful projects.
