Before joining McGraw-Hill he has worked on projects through all stages, starting with research, ideation, and the interface design through to the development stages until the product launch. For more than 15 years he has been focused on EdTech working for Cengage Learning and Pearson Education before joining McGraw-Hill. During that time he developed several products that improve the experience of students, teachers and academic staff, but the most successful project was MyAccountingLab.This received overwhelming appreciation, receiving several awards. It was voted as the easiest to use of all Pearson MyLab products and it won Product of the Year twice. Peter is a talented leader who is extremely motivated to improve teams by introducing data-driven decision making. Furthermore, he is able to understand and manage cross-functional teams to make them effective in their problem-solving.
