Pooja Narain

Pooja is Director of Product at Salesforce, overseeing AI and ML products at Einstein. Before this role, Pooja was a Product Manager of AI and ML with the company. She was responsible for building AI solutions with the objective to better assist agents with recommendations on what responses to give to customers on chat, email, and other customer service channels. Prior to joining Salesforce, she was a Senior Technical Product Manager at Amazon, responsible for Alexa Trust and a part of the Sensitive Content Intelligence team. In addition, Pooja was a Product Manager of Pricing and Packaging at Desigual and a Product Manager and Software Engineering Lead at Accenture. Moreover, she graduated with an MBA from Georgetown University.
