Praveen Kumar Kashimsetty

Praveen is a seasoned leader in the technical world with more than 15 years of experience delivering elite cloud and hybrid solutions. Right now he is a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft where he is managing their large-scale projects in the cloud, web services, and content publishing. He has been a key part of their first-rate products Azure and Windows which he helped release while collaborating across multiple geographies.

During his more than 15 years with the company, he has held positions including Technical Program Manager, Cloud Solutions and DevOps Lead, Global Consultant, and Lead Operations Engineer. He started with the company as an Intern, developing tools for the SMS team.

Praveen studied Computer Science and Engineering for his Bachelor's at Osmania University. He is currently pursuing his Master's in Business Administration and Management at Harvard, one of the nation's most prestigious universities. He also holds a variety of certifications from Microsoft.

His colleagues describe him as a highly motivated, detailed oriented, go-getter who makes sure to go out of his way to meet the customers' needs. He is a great team player, making sure every task assigned is completed and done well, by offering to lend a hand to anyone that needs it.
