Puja is a Product Manager with experience in Product Development across different industries, giving her a multidisciplinary exposure to how solutions can be approached. She enjoys working with diverse teams and complex environments and diving through data to spot user frictions and identify new growth opportunities. For the past 3
years, Puja has worked at Booking.com in various roles. She began as a Product Manager of Search, working with a team of engineers, designers, and data scientists to optimize Booking.com's search product and tried to understand what customers want through data analysis, research, and by visiting customers and translated those into product goals aligned with business objectives. She later became a Product Manager of Partner Connectivity APIs, taking end to end product development responsibilities, from delivering the product strategy/roadmap to overseeing its execution across multiple teams, to working with product marketers to achieve product adoption. Currently, Puja is a Senior Product Manager of New Product Development working with a team of engineers, designers, data scientists, Product Managers, and Product Marketers on creating new products. Puja gained experience as an Analyst while working at IBM as an Advanced Analytics Consultant, where she where her focus was on cognitive computing, i.e. IBM Watson suite of solutions and was part of a global team of Watson experts to help clients identify and define their Watson roadmap. She has a Master of Computer Science from Technische Universiteit Delft.
