Rani Ghandi

Rani Ghandi is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a strong background in a variety of industries. She is currently working as a Senior Product Manager for Legal, Corporate Security, and Safety at Salesforce. She recently headed the implementation of the new Salesforce work.com product for Salesforce Ohana that ensured a safe and secure process for their workers to return to the office. Before this role, she was an IT Product Manager and then a Lead Business System Analyst within the same department. Her first position at the company was as Lead IT Business Systems Analyst for ES technology.

Before becoming a part of the Salesforce team Rani worked as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Xilinx and before that an HR Technology Analyst for Brocade. Rani's colleagues rave that she is a pleasure to work with and her positive attitude makes her team more productive and efficient. Not only is she skilled in various systems including Salesforce, Oracle/Taleo, SAP, and Workday, she also has a PHR Certification from San Jose State University and a Bachelor’s from California State University in Sacramento.
