Rashmi started her career as a Software Engineer and grew into a technical leader managing small engineering teams at Infosys. She later transitioned into a Product Owner roleat Nike and excelled at her job from there achieving higher managerial positions. She loves generating new ideas to solve consumer problems and leading teams to success. Rashmi is an expert in driving product development from conception to design, launch, and evolve and managing stakeholders across major geographies.
